1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WallyMe (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
WallyMe is a personal finance management application that helps you track expenses and income, categorize transactions automatically using AI, set budgets, and manage multiple currencies.
WallyMe is a subscription-based service. All features require an active subscription after the free trial period.
Features
- AI-powered automatic categorization
- Unlimited transaction tracking
- Budget creation and alerts
- Multi-currency support (28 currencies, 32 countries)
- Credit card management (cut-off and payment dates)
- Voice input for hands-free expense logging
- Offline mode with automatic sync
- Dark mode and recurring transactions
3. Subscription and Payment
Free Trial
- 7 days for new users, full access, no charge
- After trial: active subscription required
Subscription
- $0.99 USD/month (monthly) or annual plan with discount
- Auto-renewal unless canceled 24 hours before period ends
- Payments processed by Apple/Google (we never see payment details)
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through App Store or Play Store settings. Access continues until end of billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple or Google directly.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use WallyMe only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Attempt to hack or compromise security
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Share your account credentials

6. AI Disclaimer
AI categorization is provided “as-is” and may not always be accurate. WallyMe does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
